
Yea! Alabama is the official NIL platform of The University of Alabama, connecting Crimson Tide student-athletes with fans, subscribers, and corporate partners. With 100% of subscription fees going directly to student-athletes, Yea! Alabama needed a digital marketing strategy that could grow its membership base and keep the Alabama brand at the forefront of college athletics.
We developed a multi-channel campaign built around social media, email marketing, and paid advertising to drive subscriber growth, deepen fan engagement, and position Yea! Alabama as the gold standard for NIL support in the SEC. The result: a scalable marketing engine that turns passionate 'Bama fans into active, contributing members year-round.



Alabama is one of the most recognizable brands in college sports, and Yea! Alabama needed marketing that matched that scale. We built a social media strategy centered on student-athlete stories, exclusive behind-the-scenes content, and campaign-driven graphics that kept NIL support top of mind for fans across the country. Every piece of content was designed to feel authentic to Alabama culture while pushing subscribers toward action.
Email marketing became the backbone of our membership strategy. We created segmented campaigns targeting new fans, lapsed subscribers, and high-value supporters with personalized messaging—welcome sequences that explained the impact of joining, monthly updates featuring athlete spotlights, and targeted appeals timed to key moments in the recruiting and sports calendar. Open rates and conversion rates improved consistently as we refined audience targeting and creative.
Paid media expanded Yea! Alabama's reach well beyond its existing fanbase. Targeted campaigns across Meta and Google connected with Alabama alumni, sports fans, and prospective subscribers using interest-based and lookalike audiences. Retargeting campaigns re-engaged visitors who hadn't yet subscribed, and A/B testing on creative and messaging helped us continuously optimize for lower cost per acquisition and higher lifetime value.
